Frequently asked questions
Our studio provides photography services for portraits, events, and commercial projects. We also offer videography services for events, promotional videos, and music videos.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 6-12 months in advance for major events to ensure availability.
Turnaround times can vary based on our workload, but we generally deliver digital galleries of images within 2-3 weeks after your session. For videography, rough cut videos are typically ready within 4 weeks and final edited videos within 6-8 weeks.
We do require a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of the total package price to officially book and reserve your date. The remaining balance is then due on or before the date of the event/session.
